Book the whole boat - The best fishing charters
Where do you want to fish?
Mexico's Top Fishing Location is - without question - Los Cabos (Encompassing Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and La Paz). Cabo San Lucas is located at the southwestern tip of the Baja where sea and ocean meet at the famous rock arch. Also know as the Marlin Capital of the World, this extremely popular fishing venue holds several world records.
Fishing in Los Cabos
Black and blue marlin visit the waters of Baja between June and December, sailfish are around from April to October, while the striped marlin is a year round resident.
Apart from marlin, the waters of the Sea of Cortez are also home to other first class species like dorado, roosterfish, shark, snapper, swordfish, wahoo and yellowfin tuna.
We offer a wide variety of fishing charters, ranging from inexpensive pangas to large 50ft+ luxury yachts.
When you book a fishing charter in Mexico, always check what's included in the price and what isn't. A day's fishing trip package should include the boat, fuel, captain and licensed crew, fishing tackle & bait, fishing license, ice, food and drinks, tax (IVA). The Mexican fishing license (about $12/day) can be obtained on-line or in either the San Jose or San Lucas marinas.
La Paz is on Mexico's Baja Peninsula, the land immediately south of the United States, and cut off from mainland Mexico by the Sea of Cortez, a real paradise with its hot deserts, breezy oceans and cool waters.
North of La Paz, lies Loreto, a small town with excellent beaches and turquoise waters; five islands just offshore provide a range of activity opportunities for travelers including eco travel activities. It offers a quieter, less commercialized beach experience, away from the crowds in Los Cabos.
San Jose del Cabo is quieter than neighboring Cabo San Lucas and is the preferred choice for many companies to operate from, being the main business center for the area.
